The K‑AGF series are high-performance coalescence filters designed to remove aerosols and condensates from sample gas streams prior to analysis. Available in models like K‑AGF‑PV‑30‑A (PVDF/glass housing) and K‑AGF‑VA‑23 (stainless steel), these filters enhance gas sampling accuracy by ensuring clean, dry, and reliable sample input into analysers.

With its blend of industrial-grade materials, smart quick-release features, and compliance with safety and sampling standards, the K‑AGF series is the go-to solution for precise, uptime-focused sample gas filtration.

  • Captures and coalesces tiny droplets in a specialised fiber matrix; formed condensate collects in a bowl for easy draining.
  • Enables rapid, tool-free filter element replacement, minimising operational downtime.
  • Housing options:
    • K‑AGF‑PV‑30‑A: Uses PVDF and glass—lightweight and corrosion-resistant.
    • K‑AGF‑VA‑23: Stainless steel housing suitable for higher pressures (≤ 160 bar) and temperatures (≤ 140 °C).
  • Integrated G¼ port in the head for moisture detectors or bypass lines, plus condensate drain port supporting automatic drainage systems.
  • Features variable mounting capability for flexible installation.
  • Meets EU Directive 2014/34/EU requirements for Category 2G (e.g., Zone 1/2, IIB/IIC flammable gas environments), safe under typical use.
  • Designed for minimal internal volume (e.g., ~55 mL for SS model), which reduces sample delay and enhances analysis accuracy.
  • High pressure and temperature:
    • K‑AGF‑PV‑30‑A: ≤ 4 bar, ≤ 100 °C.
    • K‑AGF‑VA‑23: ≤ 160 bar, ≤ 140 °C
