  • Features & Applications

The Mercury Probe is engineered for accurate and reliable mercury emissions sampling from stationary sources, adhering to U.S. EPA Methods 30B and PS 12B. Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or Hastelloy alloy, this probe accommodates dual 10 mm O.D. sorbent traps positioned at the probe inlet to prevent mercury transport losses during sampling. The traps are sealed in place with compression fittings using glass-filled PTFE ferrules, ensuring leak-tight connections. Available in various lengths and configurations, the Mercury Probe offers flexibility to meet specific sampling requirements.

The Mercury Probe is an essential tool for professionals conducting accurate and reliable mercury emissions sampling, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adaptability to various sampling scenarios.

  • Built with stainless steel or Hastelloy alloy to withstand harsh sampling environments.
  •  Accommodates two standard 10 mm O.D. sorbent traps at the probe inlet for accurate mercury capture.
  • Utilises compression fittings with glass-filled PTFE ferrules to ensure secure and leak-free connections.
  • Available with single or dual heater configurations to maintain optimal temperatures and prevent condensation during sampling.
  • Offered in standard lengths ranging from 2 to 12 feet, with custom lengths available upon request to suit specific sampling needs.
  • Designed to meet the requirements of EPA Methods 30B and PS 12B for mercury emissions monitoring from stationary sources.
